Allowing youself to smile, does help you to feel better. The act of smiling can lift your mood,  boost your immune system, relax your Mind and possibly even help you for living a long life.

I found one Article from Dr Isha Gupta - A neurologist from IGEA Brain and Spine. In that Article she explains how a smile causes a chemical reaction in the brain, releasing certain hormones including dopamine and serotonin. “Dopamine increases our feelings of happiness. Serotonin release is associated with reduced stress. Low levels of serotonin are associated with depression and aggression,” says Dr. Gupta. “Low levels of dopamine are also associated with depression.”

Lovely People/Things surrounding you - Friends, Colleges, Pets, Funny Videos...

Find a Location to feel good: Cafe house, Cinema, A chair in Garden, Restaurant meetup

Listening to your Favourite Song: Try"Don't worry be Happy", perhaps something by Earth, wind and Fire? Or turn on the radio, i like the summer hits. Type "Happy Mood Songs" on YouTube. 

You see, you have a lot of reasons why you can now smile :)
